The honeymoon period for Agile is nearly over. Plenty of recent success stories but not everything in the garden is rosy. Is Agile the real deal and a game changer? Or is it another example of the Emperor’s New Clothes? When things go wrong is it because of fatal flaws in the thinking? Or down to old-fashioned User Error? Please share your experiences and the conclusions you’ve reached.

It’s the real deal but getting bad press because of half-assed implementations. It didn’t deserve the outrageous hype and doesn’t deserve the ill-informed slaggings either.
